Chinese actress Liu Xiaoqing, 73, said to have 8 boyfriends now after divorcing 4th husband

Veteran Chinese actress Liu Xiaoqing’s love life has been cast into the spotlight once again.
If you don’t know, Xiaoqing, 73, is known for her acting as much as she is for her colourful love life. She has been married four times, with her last marriage in 2013.
Xiaoqing started dabbling in live stream sales this year and joined actress Zhang Yanyan’s company as a host.
During a recent live stream, Yanyan decided to spill some tea, revealing: “There is a teacher in our circle who is over 70 years old and still dating, with eight boyfriends. Everyone knows her.”
The news quickly sparked widespread discussion among netizens, with many speculating that she was referring to Xiaoqing.
An insider later disclosed to the media that the “amazing teacher” is indeed Xiaoqing and that many staff members are aware that she has many boyfriends and is blissfully in love.
It was said that Xiaoqing has split from her fourth husband, American-Chinese businessman William Wang, and that she is now facing financial difficulties, which is why she joined the live stream industry.
Xiaoqing has not responded to rumours about her divorce or dating life.
Netizens were envious of Xiaoqing, with many saying “it’s never too late to enjoy life” and that “she is a role model for our generation”.
“I really want to live like Liu Xiaoqing,” commented one netizen, while another said: “I hope I can have eight boyfriends [when I am] at that age.”
While there are no details on the current men in her life, here’s what we know about Xiaoqing’s ex-husbands.
Her first marriage was to Wang Li, a violinist in the Opera Troupe of the General Political Department of the People’s Liberation Army, in 1976. They divorced six years later.
Her second husband was actor Chen Guojun, whom she met on the set of 1981 film Deep At Heart. They tied the knot in 1986 but split three years later.
In 2003, she married her assistant A Feng, who was 10 years her junior. They called it quits in 2005.
In 2013, Xiaoqing tied the knot with fourth hubby William in a church in San Francisco.
According to reports, William was a fan of the actress and had wooed her for many years.
